This is my uncensored story about my battles with terrible acne and all the problems it cause in my personal life. I’m going to detail what acne medications did not work and what, after 13 years of desperate searching, finally cured my acne problem.

Every since the age of 13, I’ve suffered from what doctors called “Cystic acne”. Cystic acne is medically classified as “severe acne.” Let me tell you guys – Cystic acne is your worst nightmare. There’s acne, then there is ACNE with capital letters. My form of acne most definitely fell into the latter form and it made my childhood a living hell. If you have suffered from severe acne, you’ll know what I’m talking about — the lack of self confidence and the terrible embarrassment you feel when someone looks at your face, etc.

You see, my acne didn’t just affect my face — it affected my entire life, my soul. Yea, I know this sounds cheesy, but it’s true. Really bad acne strips you of your dignity and absolutely crushes your self esteem.

As teenager, I couldn’t go outside and hang out with friends. I couldn’t even make any friends. No, rather I hide inside my parent’s home, scared of what people would think when they saw my face. I spent years trying every acne medication I could get my hands on. But getting rid of pimples proved to be too difficult. NONE of these so called acne treatments medications worked.

In fact, many of these medications actually hurt my face by drying it out. You name the medication and I’ve tried it: acne creams, acne lotions, Benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, tea tree oil, natural acne herbal remedies, acne pills, and acne antibiotics – even the big daddy of all acne treatments, Accutane. NOTHING worked at all. I can’t remember how many different dermatologists I actually saw – I’ve long since lost count.

I was miserable and confused…BUT

About a year ago, I saw this crazy-looking guy talking on TV talking about a natural acne cure that clears up your acne in 3 days. I thought, “Yea right. Another one of those!” I had been down the path of infomercial acne treatments before and not one of them ever worked. I didn’t pay much attention to it.

However, later on a whim, I did a bit of research and found the guy wrote a well known book about acne and had appeared on MANY TV shoes talking about his acne product. This seemed a bit more substantial to me that all those thin, cheesy infomercial acne products I bought before.

So I went ahead and ordered the book. I know, stupid eh? I honestly don’t know why I bought it – maybe it was that the guy seemed genuine.

Well, thank God that I did by the book! The Acne Free in 3 Days book give me the means to finally for clear up my cystic acne problem. Out of all the hundreds (yes, hundreds) of different acne clearing products I’ve tried out, the information contained in this book was the only thing that’s ever worked for me.

Pro’s and Con’s of The Acne Free in 3 Days system

Now, I’ll tell you right now, there is no such thing as a “perfect cure.” There are some limitations.

Pros

• Your Acne is NOT cured in 3 days
• Some of the treatments take a lot of time to create

Cons

• Acne cures taught in the book really do work
• *Most* of the remedies can be created in minutes — with a few exceptions
• ALL NATURAL acne treatments
• Clears your acne quickly — not 3 days, but you will see a remarkable difference in your skin in as little as 3 weeks
• Delivery of the book very quick!
• NO BS, really works — everything in the book has been proven to work.  No sort of weird mumble jumbo cures — just all natural acne curing solutions.

Final Word

I’m just a regular joe who’s found a way to get rid of his acne. My siblings, who up until recently, have suffered from acne as well are also on the Acne Free in 3 Days program and for the first time have clear skin.

I want to make it clear — take this from a guy who has wasted thousands on bull sh*t products.  Don’t delude yourself into thinking that just reading the book and trying out a few of the cures for a couple days will get rid of your zits! You have to carefully do exactly what the author suggests, consistently, otherwise it’s a waste of your money.  It takes some patience and some time, but if keep on applying these treatments, you will sees some results.

Despite this slight exaggeration about the 3 day cure thing (I think it should be called Acne Free in 1 Month), I am really overjoyed to finally have found a way that actually, really gets rid of acne. So if you struggle with acne and can’t find a solution, don’t give up, there is still hope out there.

Benzoyl Peroxide is a common of the shelf treatment for pimples that people use. I’ve only had mixed success with this product, but I do know some people use it. Be warned that your skin dries out.

Another thing you can to do help prevent pimples is to wash your face twice a day with some mild acne soap. In my experience, this, beside the Acne Free in 3 Days Program was the most effective thing I tried. It wasn’t enough to get rid of my pimples, but I did notice some small improvements – so I suggest if you guys want to prevent acne breakouts, you make a point of washing your face twice a day.

It can also help to exfoliate your skin as well, but only do this once a week. And don’t exfoliate too hard!! It’s pretty easy to irritate your pimples if you are not careful here.

There are other acne medications out there, but non of them worked for me. I do know some people who have found success with some of the off the shelf medications. Each person may have a different way how to get rid of acne. I can tell you right now that most medications don’t work – so be wary. I don’t suggest you buy acne medications on a whim – I did and I ended up wasting a lot of money of cystic acne treatments that did nothing but irritate my skin.

Up until the age of 12, I had perfect skin. It seemed like that perfect skin would continue. Boy was I wrong. By the time I reached 14, my face looked like a pepperoni pizza. I mean, I had really bad acne. Pretty much every square inch of my face was covered in size.

I can’t tell you how embarrassing this was. I could barely leave my house; I didn’t want to play with any friends. I wish I could say things got better in high school, but it wasn’t that way. I had to endure kinds calling me “pizza man” in the hallways…

I tried every possible way how to get rid of zits fast, but pretty much nothing worked. I saw on TV those late night infomercials advertisements for Proactive. Well, I went ahead and bought it, tried it for 3 months. My acne got WORSE!

I spend about 10 years trying to find out how to get rid of zits fast. By the time I had finished college I have given up. I mean, I tried every sort of so called “acne cure” under the sun. I tried home remedies for zits, acne creams, pimple machines – you name. I’m actually quite embarrassed how many acne cure gimmicks I’ve tried.
